Jacqueline (Jackie) Moss is Executive Vice-President, Human Resources, CIBC.  As Executive Vice-President, Ms. Moss is responsible for CIBC’s people strategies, and Human Resources programs, policies and governance.

She joined CIBC in 1999 as a Vice-President, Legal, and in 2000, was promoted to Senior Vice-President and Deputy General Counsel.  In March 2006, she was promoted to Executive Vice-President, Human Resources.  Ms. Moss was instrumental in the formation of ReConnect: Career Renewal for Returning Professional Women, a program at the Richard Ivey School of Business aimed at helping professional women re-enter their careers after an extended absence. The program is the first of its kind in Canada.

Prior to joining CIBC, Ms. Moss was a partner at Blake, Cassels and Graydon, and has worked with Swiss Bank Corporation in London, England.

In 2007 and 2008, the Women’s Executive Network recognized Ms. Moss as one of Canada’s Most Powerful Women.  She holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree from Queen’s University and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Western Ontario.  Ms. Moss is a member of the Board of Directors of the University of Western Ontario, The Corporation of Massey Hall and Roy Thomson Hall, Healthy Minds Canada, and American Century Companies, Inc.
