Hon. Justice Edward F. Ormston Ontario Court of Justice The Honourable Mr. Justice Edward F. Ormston of the Ontario Court of Justice is currently the Chair of the Law and Mental Health Advisory Committee for the Mental Health commission of Canada. Mr. Justice Ormston was prime mover in the development of the First Mental Health Court in Canada in the City of Toronto. He is the recipient of the 2005 Pace Setter Award from the Schizophrenia Society of Canada. Mr. Justice Ormston speaks on the interests of Law and Mental Health to groups across Canada and at International Conferences as an acknowledged authority in the field.
