Mr. David Feather is President and Managing Director of Russell Investments Canada Ltd. and previous President of Mackenzie Financial Services Inc. (MFSI), a subsidiary of Mackenzie Financial Corporation.  MFSI is dedicated to the development and marketing of a wide range of Canadian and international mutual funds and related financial products through a network of independent financial advisors across the country.

Prior to joining Mackenzie in 1991, Mr. Feather worked in the Economic Strategy Group at Ernst & Young and in Corporate & Government Banking at the Bank of Montreal.  He holds an MBA from McMaster Unversity (1989).  Mr. Feather is a Director of two charitable groups (Healthy Minds Canada and Child Development Institute).
