Mr. Bovaird is a business executive with a broad experience in banking, corporate finance, public company management and over a decade working on boards of directors. Mr. Bovaird held senior management responsibilities in public corporations, sat on the boards of numerous public companies, and is a long time trustee of a private family run charitable foundation.  Mr. Bovaird is currently the President, CEO & Director of Cenit Corporation.
