CPRF's Commitment to Putting Research into Action
Many wonder where their money goes when donations are given for medical research. As a national charitable foundation dedicated to improving the lives of Canadians by funding research into mental health and addiction to build healthier lives, we feel it is our duty to help share the medical advances and information discovered from this research.

For this reason, CPRF has created the best-selling When Something's Wrong series of handbooks that translates research into information that can be used in Canadian communities at the grassroots level.

CPRF also conducts workshops across Canada based on the content in these handbooks.

The more we know, the better we can understand and help improve the lives of the one in five Canadians affected by a mental illness and addiction.
